We support login to this application via third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, Apple, and Twitter. When you choose to log in using a third-party account:

In order to provide specific functionalities and improve your user experience, the app may request access to the following permissions on your device:

We may request access to your precise location in order to provide location-based features, such as navigation, location tracking, and location-based recommendations. Your location data will only be collected and used with your explicit consent.

• How We Use: We use your location data to deliver relevant services and improve user experience. We only access location data while the app is in use, unless you allow background location access.
• - Your Control: You may enable or disable location access at any time through your device’s privacy settings.

Our app may request Bluetooth permission in order to connect with nearby devices, such as accessories or smart devices, that enhance the functionality of the app.

• Purpose: To pair with devices or accessories that require Bluetooth connectivity (e.g., syncing data with other devices).
• How We Use: Bluetooth data is used to detect and communicate with other devices in proximity, but the app will not collect or store this information without your consent.
• Your Control: You can manage or revoke Bluetooth access from the privacy settings on your device at any time.

The app may require access to your device’s media library, including photos and videos, for features that allow you to upload, share, or customize your app experience with images.

• Purpose: To allow users to upload photos, customize profiles, and share media within the app.
• How We Use: We only access media that you explicitly select and choose to share within the app. The app does not automatically scan or collect media from your device without your permission.
• Your Control: You can manage or disable access to your photos and media at any time via your device’s settings.

Our application contains a virtual private network (VPN) function, which solves the problem (especially for Android phones): when our application is connected to the dashcam, your phone may not be able to access the Internet at this time, such as you cannot receive and send emails, instant messages or notifications, so our application provide a "Stay to Internet connection" function, that is, the app can connect to the dash cam while the phone can stay on the internet connection,which will not be turned on without your authorization or consent. By using this function, you confirm and agree that:

• The VPN is intended solely for lawful use.
• You are solely responsible for any content accessed or transmitted while using the VPN.
• We may restrict or terminate access to the VPN in case of misuse, abuse, or violation of applicable laws or terms.
• If the VPN feature is powered by a third-party service provider, you agree to their terms and policies, which will be made available to you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy when using our VPN feature. Here's how we handle data:

• we do not collect, log, or store any personal information, including your browsing activity, connection logs, IP addresses, DNS queries, or other identifiable data. All VPN sessions are designed to be private and secure.
• We may collect anonymized performance metrics (e.g., connection success/failure, speed) to improve service reliability.
• If a third-party VPN provider is used, some connection data may be processed by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which will be disclosed within the app.
