We support login to this application via third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, Apple, and Twitter. When you choose to log in using a third-party account:

• a.Information Collection:With your authorization, we will obtain your basic personal information (such as username, email address, profile picture, unique identifier, etc.) from the third-party platform to create a local account and provide our services.
• b.Permission Control:Third-party login will only request the necessary permissions. You can control the scope of information shared through the third-party platform during authorization. We use the collected information to provide, develop and improve products and services, including evaluating and making suggestions on the features of applications and products. We may use your contact information to send you this information and invite you to participate in surveys about the use of our applications or products.

Except as provided herein, we will not attempt to collect or otherwise process sensitive personal information in the normal course of business. If we need to process your sensitive personal information for any reason, we will take one of the following legal sanctions:

• Any relevant third-party project, our application uses third-party advertisements, plug-ins or content. If you choose to interact with any such advertisements, plug-ins or content, your personal data may be shared with the relevant third-party project. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of a third party before interacting with its ads, plugins or content.

If you engage a third-party processor to process personal data, the processor will be subject to binding contractual obligations:

• Process personal data only in accordance with our prior advance instructions;
• Take measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data; and any other requirements under applicable law.

• The right not to provide us with your personal data (however, please note that if you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to provide you with full support for our applications, products or services, for example, we may not be able to process your request without the necessary details);
• The right to request access to or a copy of your personal data, as well as information about the nature, processing and disclosure of those personal data;
• The right to request correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data;
• The right to request, on legitimate grounds, the deletion of your personal data; or the restriction of processing of your personal data;

In order to provide specific functionalities and improve your user experience, the app may request access to the following permissions on your device:

We may request access to your precise location in order to provide location-based features, such as navigation, location tracking, and location-based recommendations. Your location data will only be collected and used with your explicit consent.

• Purpose: Location-based services and navigation functionalities.
• How We Use: We use your location data to deliver relevant services and improve user experience. We only access location data while the app is in use, unless you allow background location access.
• - Your Control: You may enable or disable location access at any time through your device’s privacy settings.

Our app may request Bluetooth permission in order to connect with nearby devices, such as accessories or smart devices, that enhance the functionality of the app.

• Purpose: To pair with devices or accessories that require Bluetooth connectivity (e.g., syncing data with other devices).
• How We Use: Bluetooth data is used to detect and communicate with other devices in proximity, but the app will not collect or store this information without your consent.
• Your Control: You can manage or revoke Bluetooth access from the privacy settings on your device at any time.

The app may require access to your device’s media library, including photos and videos, for features that allow you to upload, share, or customize your app experience with images.

• Purpose: To allow users to upload photos, customize profiles, and share media within the app.
• How We Use: We only access media that you explicitly select and choose to share within the app. The app does not automatically scan or collect media from your device without your permission.
• Your Control: You can manage or disable access to your photos and media at any time via your device’s settings.

Our app provides a "Stay to the internet" feature to address a problem (specifically for Android phones): the Wi-Fi network created by dashcams typically lacks internet connectivity. When your app connects to dashcam's Wi-Fi network, your phone may lose internet access. For example, you may be unable to use other app features that require an internet connection, receive or send emails transmitted over the internet, or receive instant internet messages or notifications. Therefore, we provide the "Stay to the internet" feature.

We implement this feature through the following technical solutions:

• Utilizes the Android system's VPNService API for local traffic distribution
• Requests sent to the dashcam are transmitted over the WiFi network;
• Requests sent to the internet are automatically switched to the phone's cellular network;
• The entire process is completed locally on the user's device, without involving a remote server.

This feature addresses device interoperability issues, using the VPNService API for local traffic routing without establishing a remote VPN tunnel.

This feature is only available when you're connected to a dashcam, and a toggle button and pop-up notification are provided. This feature is only available with your explicit authorization and consent. When your app is disconnected from the dashcam, the feature automatically shuts down and stops running in the background.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The "Stay to the internet" feature is intended for lawful use only.
• You are solely responsible for any content accessed or transmitted while using the "Stay to the internet" feature.
• We may restrict or terminate access to the "Stay to the internet" feature if misuse, abuse, or violation of applicable laws or terms occurs.

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use the "Stay to the internet" feature. The following is how we handle data:

• We do not use this feature to collect, use, store, or share any of your personal information. This function only identifies whether the requested service you are accessing belongs to the dashcam on your device terminal. If so, it connects to dashcam's Wi-Fi network. If not, it automatically switches to your phone's cellular network. This facilitates the use of other app features that require an internet connection while connected to the dashcam's Wi-Fi.
• Additionally, the "Stay to the internet" feature does not redirect or manipulate traffic from other apps on your device for profit.
